About The Position
Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and success-driven Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support both our government contract initiatives and customer service operations. In this role, you'll identify government contract opportunities, prepare accurate and compliant bid submissions, support customer inquiries, manage quotes and orders, and help drive company growth. We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, accuracy, and meeting deadlines. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, inside sales, and government contract work, providing variety and challenge each day. It also provides the opportunity to develop specialized skills in government bidding, compliance, and proposal management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where contributions are visible and valued.
