About The Position

Quality Archery Designs (QAD) is an industry leader in premium archery equipment with over 30 years of experience building trusted products for bowhunters and archers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships, offering a scope beyond typical sales positions. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for excellent service, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Archery knowledge is a strong plus
• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support via phone and email
• Enter and process sales orders in the order management system
• Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships
• Promote and sell new and existing QAD products
• Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance
• Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows
• Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records
• Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website
• Collaborate with team members and other departments
• Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends
