About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales and/or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent writing skills, computer skills and AI knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer interactions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and utilize sales opportunities to achieve company objectives.
• Accurately process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage and update customer accounts, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Prepare regular sales and customer service reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
