About The Position

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings. Viciniti provides furnished housing solutions for individuals and organizations across the country. Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries through client portals, email, and phone.
Research available housing inventory and identify options that meet client needs.
Provide pricing, availability, and housing recommendations.
Enter reservations and maintain accurate information in CRM and reservation systems.
Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.
