About The Position

The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the Inside Sales team by managing the post-sale process after a customer provides verbal commitment. You’ll ensure a smooth transition from sale to completion by handling financing, contracts, scheduling, and Salesforce updates. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and create positive experiences

Responsibilities

  • Handle live customer handoffs and guide them through financing, contracts, and install scheduling
  • Update Salesforce opportunities with accurate project details and installation notes
  • Communicate with customers to keep orders moving forward
  • Generate customer and insurance quotes as needed
  • Ensure same-day or next-day order completion
  • Partner with Operations to ensure installation readiness
  • Support team KPIs and participate in ongoing training and coaching
