About The Position

ATI Millersburg is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Albany, Oregon. This is a day shift position and typically works onsite Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be accountable for daily administrative and sales support activities that enable effective customer service operations and commercial team support. A successful Customer Service Representative is instrumental in supporting customer communications, sales order routing, reporting, office coordination, and continuous process support activities. To provide customer and commercial support, you will work collaboratively with Inside Sales, Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction. In order to become successful, you will need to quickly learn our internal systems and processes, maintain a strong attention to detail, demonstrate initiative, and contribute positively within a team environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an office setting, customer service, administrative support, sales support, or similar professional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the shared customer service email inbox, customer phone calls, and voicemail communications.
  • Support sales order routing, approval workflows, and reporting activities to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
  • Monitor and audit sales order reports, routing queues, and approval inboxes for accuracy and completion.
  • Maintain and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and support general office organization and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and support customer visits, conference room readiness, and hospitality needs.
  • Maintain office, kitchenette, printer, and supply inventories, including coordination of replenishment orders.
  • Support reporting activities including matrix reports, LC/CIA reporting, and audit documentation.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly audits related to onboarding/offboarding records, customer gift inventory, and customer item description standards.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities including birthday celebrations, holiday cards, and departmental communications.
  • Maintain master contact information, phone guides, office signage, and departmental boards.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and support administrative process enhancements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate work activities with multiple departments while managing responsibilities independently and effectively.
