About The Position

Rebellyous Foods is a growth-stage plant-based meat company working to make our products available and affordable for everyone through the design of novel manufacturing technology. Rebellyous Foods is seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator who enjoys making a difference, being a part of a team, and takes pride in working in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment. We are seeking a mission-focused and dedicated team member to enthusiastically represent our products, create sales opportunities, and build partnerships with foodservice customers. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM data, and driving day-to-day account engagement. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, distributor support, sample requests, and sales administration while proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Experience working with distributors, brokers, foodservice operators, or retail customers is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Suites
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, First Bite or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food manufacturing, foodservice, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or ingredient sales.
  • Experience working with foodservice distributors (Sysco, US Foods, Gordon Food Service, etc.).
  • Familiarity with broker-managed sales organizations.
  • Experience supporting national accounts or regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and day-to-day account needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and broker partners.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and account setup.
  • Respond to product, pricing, and availability questions in a timely manner.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and qualify new opportunities.
  • Build customer re-engagement opportunities.
  • Support the team by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and pricing documentation.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track customer engagement from initial inquiry through order placement.
  • Assist with new product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM.
  • Track sales opportunities and pipeline activity.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Maintain customer contact lists and sales documentation.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates and pricing updates.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, distributors, and brokers.
  • Assist with distributor onboarding and product information.
  • Support broker reporting and territory management.
  • Help coordinate distributor promotions and marketing programs.
  • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure customer success.
  • Work with logistics and operations to coordinate inventory availability with customer demand.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to internal teams.
  • Assist in resolving order or fulfillment issues.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and customer events.
  • Assist with booth materials, sample shipments, and lead tracking.
  • Follow up with trade show leads and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain sales collateral and marketing materials.
