About The Position

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by turning customer needs into accurate proposals and ensuring every detail is aligned for execution. This role works closely with sales, customers, and operations to keep projects moving efficiently and get it right the first time.

Requirements

Proven experience in an inside sales or sales support role
Strong technical aptitude and comfort reviewing drawings, bills of material, and system designs/drawings
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company professionally to customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without needing close supervision
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset—focused on getting it right rather than just getting it done

Nice To Haves

experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities

Timely translation of customer requirements into accurate proposals, making sure designs truly meet customer needs
Engage with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to gather technical details, answer product questions, and provide guidance.
Review installation bills of material and system designs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and feasibility for customers
Stay current on product lines, system capabilities, and industry trends to provide expert advice during the sales process
Work closely with outside sales, and operations teams to validate concepts before quotes are finalized
Serve as a second set of eyes on estimates and proposals, ensuring customers aren’t overlooking critical elements
Operate independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen solutions and customer relationships
