About The Position

We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team! This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time. As a Inside Sales Coordinator with Pavestone you are responsible for delivering excellent customer experience to contractors and customers in person and over the phone, supporting sales growth by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and helping close business, building strong relationships with customers through responsive service and follow-up, partnering with outside sales representatives to support account growth and customer satisfaction, preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and sales order, providing product, pricing, and availability information to customers, maintaining knowledge of products and their applications, assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries, contributing to branch goals through a proactive, goal-oriented approach, and completing daily administrative tasks and paperwork accurately.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, inside sales, customer service, or related experience
  • A sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A goal-oriented approach and motivation to grow within the company
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment)
