We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company THIS IS A 6 MOS PROJECT WITH POTENTIAL TO EXTEND

Requirements

  • AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
  • preferred 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience
  • preferred Ideal candidate will have prior service contract selling experience
  • have strong customer service experience
  • be confident, professional and a self-starter
  • Must have excellent time management experience and ability to cultivate positive client relationships with customer
  • Have a proven and documented sales record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prospect, build a pipeline and move ongoing opportunities through the sales cycle as well as propose and discuss viable solutions with key decision makers
  • A required function of this job requires individuals to enter various healthcare facilities. Thus, upon selection, individuals must complete healthcare facility credentialing process. To obtain credentials, individuals must meet the immunization requirements specified by the facility. Individuals are typically required to have completed/up to date: Measles, Mumps & Rubella vaccine, Varicella (chicken pox) vaccine, Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test, Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine, Hepatitis B vaccine, Influenza vaccine (seasonal), and COVID-19 vaccine primary series (heavily enforced by most facilities, some require booster(s)).

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Client’s menu of service contracts to current customer base
  • Establish new business sales through email and outbound phone campaign
  • Focus on biomed and materials management departments with initial introduction
  • Identify the key decision makers and influencers for service contracts and review service menu options in detail, leading to the sale
  • Review current equipment and corresponding warranty terms to provide appropriate service contract solutions
  • Forward Client’s formal Service Menu Document to customer
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails for feedback on service contract options initially presented
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through key listening for feedback on service menu options and provide appropriate solutions to extend, adopt new services, or upgrade for multiple years
  • Craft solution with appropriate service that meets business goals based on client discussions
