About The Position

The Inside Sales Consultant supports the Regional Compliance Consultant team. This position requires consistent contact with clients, maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations and utilizes time efficiently. The role involves working independently as well as collaboratively to achieve superior customer service and market knowledge, striving to meet customer expectations. ExamWorks Compliance Solutions (ECS) was formed in 2014 from the acquisition and consolidation of Gould & Lamb and MedAllocators/Ability Services Network, both pillars in the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance industry. Initially launched as ExamWorks Clinical Solutions, the company offered integrated services for managing high-dollar complex Medicare, medical, and pharmaceutical claims. In May 2020, it was renamed ExamWorks Compliance Solutions to better reflect its core offerings. Today, ECS focuses on providing comprehensive, creative, and customizable compliance and reporting solutions for the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must hold a valid state Driver’s License.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements’ directions accurately.
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Regional Compliance Consultants
  • Maintain key customer relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company consistently following up for records and other information needed to move the file forward.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns related to service and report quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed.
  • Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed; travel as necessary.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
