The Inside Sales Center Agent's purpose is to convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into sales appointments. This role follows standard processes for the National Inside Sales Center and engages in ongoing training activities with the National Inside Sales Center Coach and Leadership team. The agent will work in collaboration with peers and leaders to support NISC initiatives around providing signature service to our internal and external customers.
