We are looking for a highly disciplined Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline momentum, improve appointment conversion, and help turn lead opportunities into booked sales appointments. You will work directly with our Marketing team to ensure consistent follow-up, qualify leads, and convert sales qualified roofing & solar leads to in-home consultations for the field reps. This position is ideal for someone who naturally follows up and doesn't let things fall through the cracks, connects naturally with prospects and builds rapport quickly, thrives in structured environments and executes proven processes consistently, is persistent on the phone without being pushy, keeps CRM systems clean and complete without being reminded, takes ownership of call center operations, communicates steadily and builds trust quickly, enjoys tracking numbers and improving conversion rates, handles objections calmly and professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
