About The Position

We are looking for a highly disciplined Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline momentum, improve appointment conversion, and help turn lead opportunities into booked sales appointments. You will work directly with our Marketing team to ensure consistent follow-up, qualify leads, and convert sales qualified roofing & solar leads to in-home consultations for the field reps. This position is ideal for someone who naturally follows up and doesn't let things fall through the cracks, connects naturally with prospects and builds rapport quickly, thrives in structured environments and executes proven processes consistently, is persistent on the phone without being pushy, keeps CRM systems clean and complete without being reminded, takes ownership of call center operations, communicates steadily and builds trust quickly, enjoys tracking numbers and improving conversion rates, handles objections calmly and professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Marketing team to ensure consistent follow-up, qualify leads, and convert sales qualified roofing & solar leads to in-home consultations for the field reps.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via call, SMS, & email.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up to warm, new, cold, stale, and dormant leads.
  • Set qualified appointments for roofing & solar projects.
  • Properly document and qualify leads before handoff.
  • Proactively track and follow up on long-term follow-up requests.
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence throughout the outreach process.
  • Identify stalled leads and implement structured follow-up plans.
  • Ensure no qualified lead remains untouched.
  • Support lead quality review by flagging and documenting unqualified leads for vendor reconciliation.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records in HubSpot.
  • Monitor lead pipeline quality and opportunity progression.
  • Support weekly pipeline review meetings with accurate reporting.
  • Handle inbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate pre-appointment report requests and provide operational support to the field sales team.
  • Assist with appointment reschedules & lead requalification.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to identify process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
