As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting revenue growth and creating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping identify opportunities to expand business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders through CRM and ERP systems
  • Follow up on sales opportunities, customer requests, and dormant accounts
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts
  • Research product configurations, compatibility, and market pricing
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, technical, and customer care teams
  • Follow established sales processes, SOPs, and KPI expectation
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive company success.
