About The Position

Support inside sales to serve customers and grow sales by effectively managing domestic and export administrative functions. Responsibilities may include coordinating export documentation from preparation to final submission and closure, coordinating with service centers and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are managed in a timely manner and communicating with internal and external customers. This role supports the Inside Sales team in their day-to-day activities and assists with customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and online inquiries, determine customer's needs, and assist or forward to proper person/department.
Prepare, complete, and track all export documentation to ensure timely shipments, clearance through customs, and final delivery to customer; assist sales with logistics coordination for shipments consolidated at freight forwarder.
Generate proforma invoices, pull certifications, packed & held reports and other miscellaneous documents as required.
Communicate timely with freight forwarder while ensuring accurate and complete information.
Maintain well organized files for export and domestic inside sales.
Assist and backup other inside sales assistants to support sales functions.
Assist inside sales with contract review, quote entry, and matching and filing shipping documents when required.
Add/Maintain new customer information in AX and Creatio (CRM).
Track all RMA's in Creatio.
Support audit requests and work cross functionally to support needs.
