About The Position

Our Mark Anthony Brands Division is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Vancouver. This role is responsible for driving distribution and volume gains through virtual customer engagement. You will support a mix of retail accounts, helping deliver strong execution across the full Mark Anthony Brands portfolio including White Claw, Dillon’s, Olé Cocktails, and Finnish Long Drink.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience
  • Driver’s license and car required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence remotely
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales calls/day with new customers across assigned territory
  • Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve visibility, and drive incremental sales
  • Execute monthly promotional programs and ensure compliance with merchandising standards through remote coordination
  • Maintain strong, consistent customer engagement and relationship management virtually
  • Support efficient use of trade marketing (A&P) budgets within assigned accounts
  • Deliver against territory revenue, distribution, and growth targets
  • Optimize sales opportunities through data-driven account prioritization
  • Track and manage marketing and sales programs across assigned accounts
  • Use Salesforce to maintain accurate records, manage activity, and execute weekly call planning
  • Prepare reports, sales updates, and customer-facing materials as requires
