About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our HVAC Commercial Services sales team based in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for results-driven individuals who possess the ability to assess and understand both the immediate and long-term needs of our customers. This position follows a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED.
2+ years experience in the HVAC industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada without restriction; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

College or Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in both languages English and French (spoken and written) (is a great asset).
Inside sales experience in HVAC industry.
CRM tool experience (such as Sales Force or similar).

Responsibilities

Select, quote and sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e. service agreements, repairs and modernizations)
Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline
Seek out or respond to repair opportunities.
Clearly articulate the value of Carrier’s value offerings and how they map to the customers’ needs.
Ability to detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
Responding to the existing customers’ requirements (internal and external) in a timely manner.
Ensure maximum possible existing customers’ satisfaction (internal and external).
Proactive approach to generate leads whenever possible
