Professional Display Solutions division has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate. This position serves as a critical member of the Professional Display Solutions sales organization, supporting the Western Region, Canada, and Specialty Sales teams. Ideal work-from-home candidates will be located in the western half of the United States. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for providing proactive sales and operational support that enables the sales team to maximize customer engagement, accelerate opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, operations, customer service, finance, and supply chain teams, ensuring business processes are executed efficiently and accurately throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related sales support, inside sales, customer service, operations, or business support experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting business data.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative working relationships.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations within the professional AV, technology, consumer electronics, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, order management, and forecasting processes.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding company expectations and delivering exceptional internal and external customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting quote and pricing requests
  • Monitoring order and shipment status
  • Managing purchase order and invoice activities
  • Assisting with territory planning and customer events
  • Coordinating sales-related communications
  • Helping drive timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate sales records
  • Providing reporting and business insights
  • Assisting with sales analytics that support strategic decision making across the Professional Display Solutions organization
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify process improvements, support account growth initiatives, and strengthen engagement with reseller, distributor, consultant, and end-user partners
