About The Position
Vyron is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The current opening is located in Madison branch location. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in assisting our Outside Sales Engineers meet their sales and growth goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales experience or a BA/BS degree
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read and follow mechanical plans is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service
- Data entry into our ERP software
- Coordinate shipments and maintain order status reports
- Coordinate bid day quotations – including pricing and estimating as needed
- Ability to read and follow mechanical plans is a huge plus
- Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software
- Assemble and distribute detailed submittmits and O&M manuals
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- All other duties as assigned
