As an Inside Sales Associate - Parts at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Great communication skills.
• Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up quotes for customer pricing.
• Answers customer calls and identifies parts.
• Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
• Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
• Follow all company safety programs.
