About The Position
This is a full-time regular or part-time position supporting a sales team in the Salt Lake office. The role involves assisting with major customer accounts, preparing quotes, handling overflow sales calls, and managing outsourcing tasks. The position requires a strong commitment to upholding the company's core values while demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Proficient with common computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent attendance record and a strong team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the internal system.
- At least 1 year of college or university education.
- Strong, assertive personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- All educational requirements may be waived or substituted with equivalent experience at the company's discretion.
