Century offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where team members are empowered to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN OUR TYRONE OFFICE. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound business-to-business (B2B) outreach. This role focuses on initiating conversations with prospective clients, identifying potential technology needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with outbound sales or lead generation, and the ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal, written Good oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional, friendly phone personality
  • Proficient experience with MS Office, email
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • 1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
  • Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
  • Prior experience with CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development / Outside Sales team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a professional and positive initial impression
  • Build rapport with prospects and identify potential technology or service needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Send follow-up communications and marketing materials to interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and meeting schedules within the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services when appropriate
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates on outreach activity and pipeline development
