About The Position

The Inside Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions. This role involves using provided software for sizing and selection of products based on published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins. The position challenges the individual daily to expand their technical knowledge and requires the ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products. The engineer will be responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner, which includes product selection, lead-time, and pricing. This role also requires close collaboration with and support of JHC product manufacturers, attendance and participation in required trainings, and participation in an after-hours and weekend 'On-Call' rotation. This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions are expected. Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position. Please note that this role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship/assistance at this time.
