Requirements
- Proven inside sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Must be a self-starter.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude
- Call center experience
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Some travel may be required
- Spanish speaking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
- Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Achieve revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
- Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
- Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.
