About The Position

Gallagher Security Americas is seeking an Inside Sales / Quotation Specialist to join their team. This role will support channel partners in delivering the right security solutions to their customers by working closely with sales, operations, engineering, procurement, third-party partners, and channel partners to ensure quotation activity is accurate, responsive, and aligned with customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in inside sales, sales support, estimating, quoting, customer service, or sales operations. The position is based in Canton and will initially be onsite for training, with a potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, quotations, estimating, customer service, channel operations, sales operations, or a related role.
Experience supporting B2B customers, channel partners, distributors, dealers, or sales teams is highly desirable.
Comfort working with pricing, quotes, estimates, product information, order details, or technical documentation.
Experience using CRM, ERP, quotation management systems, Excel, or similar business tools.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative, adaptable approach and commitment to excellent partner support.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate system estimates, quotes, and supporting documentation for channel partners and sales teams.
Support partners with pricing, product configurations, lead times, and quote updates throughout the sales cycle.
Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and third-party partner teams to confirm solution and pricing accuracy.
Maintain quote records and partner interactions using CRM, Excel, and quotation systems.
Help improve quoting processes, documentation, tools, and partner enablement resources.
