About The Position

Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to expand their Homeowner Relationship Center team. This role supports homeowners as they explore remodeling projects by qualifying interest, setting appointments, and providing an exceptional first impression. The agent will work with customers across all Statewide Remodeling markets and help guide them toward solutions they love. Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
  • Open to coaching and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Partner with scheduling teams to verify appointments and confirm with customers
  • Utilize pre-built scripts to engage customers and work with them to find solutions to their home project needs
  • Participate in regular department contests and achieve both personal and team goals
