About The Position
We’re looking for a licensed real estate agent (2+ years experience) who is ready to stop chasing and start converting. This is not a “learn the business” role. This is for someone who already knows how hard this industry is — and is ready to win. Work directly from an active database of warm and nurtured leads Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups Convert conversations into appointments and signed clients Host open houses when available to generate additional opportunities You’ve been licensed 2+ years You’re not afraid of the phone (this is non-negotiable) You understand that follow-up = income You’re currently underproducing and want a real opportunity + structure You’re coachable, consistent, and competitive Who This Is NOT For Brand new agents People who “want to try real estate.” Agents who avoid phone work
