Call Center Sales Representative - Sign On Bonus

Now we're growing our Sales team in Clearwater, Florida, and we're looking for motivated people who know how to connect with customers, understand what they need, and turn conversations into sales. Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Motivated by goals and earning commission.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
- Know how to ask good questions instead of making assumptions.
- Comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the customer's business.
- Stay positive and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of their results and follow through on commitments.
- Comfortable working with computers, navigating multiple systems, typing, and entering customer information accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills needed to perform the role.
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers to understand their moving and storage needs.
- Recommend PODS products and services that provide the right fit and value.
- Prepare quotes and convert customer conversations into quality sales.
- Clearly explain our products, services, pricing, and options.
- Build trust by listening, asking the right questions, and making the process easier for the customer.
- Meet sales and service performance goals, including conversion, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Support additional call types when needed to help our customers and the business.

- Hourly base rate ($18.00/hour) plus commission
- $500 in guaranteed commission per month for the first three months after training
