Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Motivated by goals and earning commission.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Can build rapport and trust over the phone.
• Know how to ask good questions instead of making assumptions.
• Comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the customer's business.
• Stay positive and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of their results and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working with computers, navigating multiple systems, typing, and entering customer information accurately.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have the basic math skills needed to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers to understand their moving and storage needs.
• Recommend PODS products and services that provide the right fit and value.
• Prepare quotes and convert customer conversations into quality sales.
• Clearly explain our products, services, pricing, and options.
• Build trust by listening, asking the right questions, and making the process easier for the customer.
• Meet sales and service performance goals, including conversion, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Support additional call types when needed to help our customers and the business.

• Hourly base rate ($18.00/hour) plus commission
• $500 in guaranteed commission per month for your first three months after training
