About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers, responding to inbound leads, and qualifying leads to schedule appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with high-volume phone calls, and possess a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
