About The Position

Allstate is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent Specialist to join our Ivantage sales team. This is a remote, home-based opportunity where you’ll play a key role in helping prospects become Allstate customers while earning competitive incentives for your performance. In this role, you’ll engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, using a consultative, relationship‑based sales approach. You’ll assess customer needs, recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions, and confidently close sales—all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Active insurance license in the state where you reside (required)
• Strong customer engagement and sales skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and screens
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and performance‑driven
• Customer service experience
• Insurance sales experience

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to better support our diverse customer base
• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 0-2 year’s experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions

• Assess customer needs and present tailored commercial insurance solutions
• Successfully convert leads into new Allstate customers
