This role is a key customer-facing, desk-level position that supports wholesale and B2B sales growth by managing orders, customer communications, reporting, and sales workflow coordination. Manage customer activity within FAIRE, including orders, messages, product updates, and email communications with the goal of supporting top shop performance. Monitor and respond to wholesale and B2B customer inboxes, ensuring professional and timely customer service. Answer and route inbound B2B phone inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives. Support revenue generation by assisting with customer inquiries, literature and resource requests, and product information. Track and maintain accurate weekly pipeline reporting from B2B Sales Representatives. Prepare and distribute formal quotes for field sales accounts. Coordinate custom catalog requests and follow up with internal sales partners. Support cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Production, Design, Development, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Marketing. Assist with trade show operations and administrative support as needed. Generate and distribute reports in support of sales performance monitoring and business insights. Monitor daily sales activity, order status, and ship dates, including coordination of photo requests with Production. Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and bulk email cadence planning. Maintain and communicate “Bag the Bonus” program status updates to store associates. Support retail stores by ensuring access to B2B tools, literature, and resources. Provide backup operational and customer support for Field Sales Representatives. Complete special projects as assigned by the Director. Maintain strong product knowledge across the Sea Bags product line. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance B2B operational efficiency and customer experience.
