About The Position

Employee supports sales function by calling customers and leads, quoting products, and securing orders.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with high levels of confidence
  • Proficiency in MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Expert in working with CRM software.
  • Creative thinking and ability to resolve critical problems.
  • Experience analyzing markets and targeting potential clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication, or
  • 3+ years of sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop relationships with customers in preparation of quoting projects to develop business opportunities.
  • Effectively learn and communicate the history of Electro-Matic and our relevancy within the industry.
  • Ability to work local trade shows.
  • Understanding of industry marketing principles and social media knowledge.
  • Target and develop new customers.
  • Meet and communicate with walk-in customers.
  • Understand needs and expectations of the customer and provide relevant solutions.
  • Analyze projects and financial capacity of opportunities to suggest suitable solutions.
  • Have the ability to provide technical details of products and services.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Close sales opportunities.
  • Use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and ensure authentic information is available for the company.
  • Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly.
  • Communicate customer feedback.
