This position is responsible for accurately processing sales and rental transactions, preparing quotes, reviewing order details, and entering customer orders for industrial fabrication, machining, and welding equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced office setting where accuracy and timely follow-through are critical. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, as this role includes tracking open orders, coordinating lead times, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Inside Sales Administrator is a senior role that includes processing industrial sales and rental transactions, offering quotes, providing information about products, building rapport with customers, and promoting merchandise while working in an office setting with other team members.
