What You’ll Do: Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires and automotive services based on their needs and budget. Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems. Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely installation and service completion. Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends. Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
