About The Position

This is a demanding role requiring significant knowledge, skills, commitment, and other job-related qualifications. The position routinely involves urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results. The ability to multi-task and manage interruptions is expected. Overtime and after-hours work may be required during outage season. The role also includes participation in an after-hours and weekend 'On-Call' rotation. Building and cultivating solid relationships is a key aspect of this position, as is regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

Receive and handle correspondence from external and internal customers in a timely manner.
Manage quoting, execution, final pricing, and invoicing.
Oversee open order dates and work scope.
Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple divisions including Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customers.
Research and identify necessary repair parts.
Ensure JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld.
Attend and participate in required trainings.
Participate in the after-hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation.
Build and cultivate solid relationships.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
