About The Position

The RealReal is expanding its team and is looking for experienced salespeople to boost repeat consignment business. This role, a Luxury Account Specialist (LAS) for the WEST region, focuses on re-engaging existing clients within an assigned territory to acquire consigned items. It is a fully-remote, quota-driven sales position ideal for customer-obsessed and self-motivated individuals. Eligible work locations include AL, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, LA, NM, MN, MO, NE, NV, OK, OR, TN (CST), TX, UT, WA. The RealReal is the world's largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, boasting 37 million members. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
  • Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset

  • Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services

Responsibilities

  • Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
  • Leverage strong client relationships to gain referrals for new business
  • Outreach daily to existing clients
  • Provide an outstanding client experience
  • Review contract with clients
  • Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, while utilizing internal tools and resources
