About The Position

Delasco is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Medical Aesthetics sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that support their business growth. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play an important role in expanding Delasco's customer base, strengthening existing partnerships, and re-engaging former customers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
Experience using CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and support forecasting.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer relationship management and business development.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling a portfolio of medical aesthetics products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand Delasco's customer base.
Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Re-engage former customers and develop strategies to win back lost business.
Proactively manage a sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain progress toward sales goals.
Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
Conduct regular customer check-ins, meetings, and follow-ups to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
Provide responsive, professional customer support and help resolve service or product-related issues.
Build customer loyalty through effective communication, relationship management, and solutions-oriented selling.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation and proposal development through contract closure and renewal.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms, as appropriate.
Monitor customer engagement and proactively address opportunities to strengthen retention.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to support business planning.
Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Share customer feedback and insights to support product improvements and innovation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
Travel as needed for customer and industry events.
