About The Position

The Inside Sales Account Manager – Composite Cable is a new-business development–focused ("hunter") role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new customer opportunities within composite cable, wire, and related interconnect solutions. This position requires a strong working knowledge of copper and aluminum raw materials and their application in cable, wire, and engineered assemblies. This individual will proactively pursue new OEM, industrial, and specialty manufacturing accounts, working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. The role combines inside sales execution, technical metals knowledge, and commercial coordination, serving as a key driver of revenue growth and market expansion for CableMaster. The ideal candidate is highly driven, prospect-focused, and commercially savvy, with the ability to navigate long-cycle sales opportunities, uncover customer needs, and position CableMaster's composite cable and metal-based solutions competitively. Accepting this position requires candidates to complete and pass a background check.
