About The Position

PromptCare is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The AM will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in collaboration with our sales team to deliver “white glove” service to the referral sources and patients/family members. The AM will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. They must be a strong communicator to manage key accounts properly and must be knowledgeable of our company’s products and services to provide customers with the most effective solutions. Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate day to day relationships with assigned key referral sources, manage the referral process by acting as a liaison between the field and the inside operations teams, facilitate reports and provide status updates in a timely manner
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with those involved in the referral process
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status as identified
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Responds to client complaints/problems in a timely manner and to the client’s satisfaction by assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Maintains compliance to all applicable laws, regulations and SOPs at all times
  • Supports EVP, Sales in assigned task, including working with sales managers to organize weekly and monthly sales leadership information
  • Supports EVP with sales enablement and support functions
