Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips SRC team as an experienced Associate Territory Manager reporting-to the Regional Sales Director. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and drive the growth of the Philips SRC Patient Interface and accessory portfolio. Your role: Meet/Exceed assigned sales quotas in the assigned territory. Execute a consistent customer sales call cycle including building a funnel and forecast through salesforce.com for the Patient Interface and accessory portfolio including order demand, demonstrating effective time and territory management across customers targets in the assigned territory prioritizing the highest potential customer opportunities aligned-with the US Sales Leaders and Regional Sales Directors. Maintain accurate salesforce.com CRM records including regular updates for assigned territory customers including customer organization details, locations, people, roles and contact information. Educate and set expectations with customers to use Philips SRC online ordering tools and internal-based and Region-specific customer excellence support staff for all account management, administrative and customer service-related tasks and needs. Including but not limited-to; Orders, backorder inquiries, product shipments, credit and collections inquiries, dispute resolution, invoices, quality complaints, return authorization and repair needs. Serve as the Philips SRC Patient Interface and accessory product expert educating customers with product portfolio changes, availability, order methods and support channels including people, departments and online tools. Execute long term Patient Interface purchase agreements resulting-in achieving annual Patient Interface product growth targets, assigned sales quota for the assigned territory. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Care Orchestrator platform including workflows, best practices using Power Messaging increasing customer adoption, proficiency and confidence with Care Orchestrator.
