About The Position
Help launch Warhorse Rentals in Victor, become a trusted resource for local contractors, and make every rental experience fast, dependable, and easy. Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Rental Coordinator to help launch our new stand-alone Victor location.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful inside sales, customer service, or rental-industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve rental targets.
- Comfort using CDK or similar systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet-based applications.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide telephone and walk-in customers to the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment.
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and orders, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into rentals.
- Coordinate with outside rental sales, dispatch, and the branch team to support timely equipment delivery and pickup.
- Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in company systems.
- Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services while delivering responsive, professional support.
