About The Position

As an Inside Phone Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients , managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting consultations into retained clients. This is a fast-paced, in-office role ideal for someone who is competitive, persuasive, and driven by performance. Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales/phone sales/call center/intake experience
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone
• Strong objection handling and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven office environment
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
