About The Position

Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking an Inside Parts Technician to join our team! This role provides assistance and support to customers requiring parts. The technician will be the first responder to inbound customer calls to the parts line call loop and will respond to email messages and website inquiries. They will provide support, direction, and assistance to employees and customers with Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel products, documenting all pertinent information including customer details, machine information, required parts, time of call, and resolution. The role also involves supporting web-based applications and parts look-up, performing post-resolution follow-ups, entering sales orders, processing credit cards and return authorizations, and resolving customer complaints, escalating as necessary. Additionally, the technician will follow up and expedite parts to meet customer needs, participate in the creation and implementation of parts department policies, and communicate engineering, assembly, and quality issues learned from customer interactions to the service manager for MRB meetings. Researching required information, escalating unresolved calls, and providing any additional support for the success of Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel are also key functions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Aerial Lift Equipment industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic mechanics with the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
  • Aptitude to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and fast paced personality with serious work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding computer skills required (MS Windows, MS Office), expert skills in Excel and Access a plus.
  • Exceptional phone manners, the ability to multitask and make good decisions.

Responsibilities
