Lead sources include digital, telephone, appointments and referrals from the branch network. Focus is to convert these opportunities into full loan applications, by promoting the credit union’s lending products, services, and programs. Additionally, they are responsible for generating sales through outbound calling with primary focus on current MCU members and prospects. Position is responsible to interview members, obtain relevant information, evaluate applicants' financial status, review loan application, credit history, income, and collateral information, to determine and recommend an appropriate loan product. Ensure compliance with MCU loan policy, federal, state and NCUA rules, regulations and laws.
