About The Position

Get your foot in the door with a great home improvement company with uncapped earning potential and lots of opportunities for advancement! Our corporate call center located in Augusta, Georgia is responsible for placing and fielding calls for all our locations in 14 cities across the southeast. Our call center is open Monday through Sunday and call center agents work a rotating schedule that may include weekends and evenings. Remote Work may be available after 90 days in the Augusta Call Center and a performance review.

Requirements

• Have a friendly and confident personality
• Strongly motivated and driven candidates who are goal oriented
• Ability to work assigned schedule in a call center environment with rotating shifts and the ability to work weekends and evenings
• Have excellent listening skills.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability
• Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and software skills
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective customers and answer inbound calls
• Maintain accurate customer information in company database
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary
