About The Position
Responsible for performing a variety of duties related to ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction at Shiloh Park Golf Course.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of golf operations and the delivering of exceptional guest services required.
- Computer skills required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and a reliable source of transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests on the phone and in-person in a friendly manner while projecting a professional image.
- ‘Check-in’ golfers and communicate information to the Starter and other staff as needed.
- Maximize daily sales through the effective management of the tee sheet.
- Reconcile daily sales, league registrations, event entries, etc.
- Clean golf carts after usage
- Assist Golf Maintenance staff as needed.
- Effectively communicates, both verbally and in writing with supervisor, staff and public.
- Ensures that the building and work areas are maintained and organized professionally and in a positive and safe atmosphere.
- Responsible for understanding the importance of safety issues at the Park District, for adhering to the safety manual and associated policies toward achieving the safety goals of the Park District.
- Follow procedures for opening and closing the facility.
