About The Position

Inside Crew Members serve customers courteously and professionally, take orders and payments, and prepare pizzas and other menu items. They may work at a variety of stations, including dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking pizzas, and making salads. The role suits motivated, hardworking team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and want to learn and grow with the company.

Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and day or evening shifts. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours, and employees are paid weekly. A college degree is not required. Employment at franchised Jet’s Pizza locations is controlled by the independent franchisee, which is the sole employer for its location.

Requirements

• Must be polite, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Applicants over 18 must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Pizza experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and questions about products.
• Serve customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Operate a cash register and/or POS system.
• Prepare food, including pizzas and other menu items.
• Work at stations such as dough making, pizza topping, preparation, baking, and salad making.
• Sanitize and clean.
• Assist with training new employees.
