About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Broker - Energy/Environmental to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Energy and Environmental sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and quoting new and renewal business, working with accounts ranging from $25,000 to $1 million in premium.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Energy/Environmental sector with a focus on brokerage (non-binding).
Strong understanding of Energy/Environmental markets, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (details to be discussed during the interview).

Responsibilities

Manage and quote new and renewal business for Energy/Environmental accounts, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management.
Handle accounts ranging from $25,000 to $1 million in premium.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Leverage existing market knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to facilitate effective communication and negotiation.
