Supports small sales market client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying, developing, and delivering products and solutions aligned with their business objectives. Assists in identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting business from competitors through regular communication and feedback, actively supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase revenue. Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and projects, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments. Tracks data and account performance metrics within CRM or other systems, manages the client pipeline of opportunities and leads, ensures data is current, and generates reports to provide insights into account performance and growth potential. The Inside Account Manager manages assigned accounts in the region and will engage and support the day-to-day business, projects, and marketing and when needed, engage, and assist end-users. The Account Manager manages incoming leads from various sources, identifies potential opportunities, and develops new business.
